Maureen Mansfield-Kaddar began her dance training and received her BFA at Adelphi University in New York under the direction of Norman Walker. In addition to being a member of Peter Pucci Plus Dancers for 8 years, she has performed with the companies of Rebecca Kelly, Gail Gilbert, Rebecca Stenn and Paul D. Mosley, among others. In 1995, together with Yoav Kaddar, Maureen created DoubleDance, a performance and educational duet company that toured nationally and internationally.
As a member of Paul Taylor Dance Company from 1997-2002, she had the privilege of performing his great works all over the world.
Maureen's choreography has been presented at Soundance in NYC, Randolph College, Long Island University and SUNY New Paltz, as well as the local Hudson Valley companies of Beacon Ballet Arts, Figures in Flight and Vanaver Caravan. Over the years, she has guest taught at many universities, schools and summer intensives. She has enjoyed setting numerous dance works including pieces by Peter Pucci on The Joffrey Ballet School, SUNY New Paltz and Randolph College (formerly Randolph-Macon Women's College), as well as the works of Paul Taylor at Vassar College, Randolph College and DanceWave, Brooklyn.
